‘Pink Morning’ , The peachy pink flowers dangle like little lanterns in the sun. It grows happily in moderate shade to full sun. The Martagons sometimes take a year to recover from transplanting and may not show any top growth the first season but once established they will thrive for decades. Like all martagons it can endure the coldest and wettest winters , as long as planted where good drainage is provided .In its second year, stems may carry 20-30 flowers. Very early flowering, blooming along with the late May rhododendrons in your garden, 3’-4’ and eventually taller.
