'Bartzella' Is an 'Itoh hybrid' semi double peony with, for peonies, unusual yellow flowers. The center of each flower has a bright fiery red flame. The flower diameter is over 8" wide. Its 3 ft bush forming growth habit, makes it a must have for every peony gardener.
